Effective date: 12 July 2026 · Last updated: 12 July 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Kings Code ("we", "us") handles information when you use the mobile game Brainrot Merge: La Evoluzione (the "App") on Android and iOS.
1. Summary
- We do not require an account and we do not collect your name, e-mail address or contact details.
- Game progress (high scores, unlocked characters, settings) is stored locally on your device only and never leaves it.
- The App shows advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process device data (such as the advertising ID) to show and measure ads.
- We do not sell personal data.
2. Data we store locally
The App saves the following data in local storage on your device: high scores, which characters you have unlocked, and sound preferences. This data is not transmitted to us or to any server, and it is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear the App's data.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display interstitial and rewarded advertisements. As an advertising partner, Google may collect and process information from your device, including:
- Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA)
- IP address (used to derive coarse location)
- Device information (model, operating system, language)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completion)
- General diagnostics and performance data related to ad serving
This processing is governed by Google's privacy documentation:
Where required (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. If you decline, ads may still be shown but will be non-personalised. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalisation in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
4. Data we do not collect
We do not collect, store or process: names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone or camera data, or any special categories of personal data. The App contains no chat features and no user-generated content.
5. Children
The App is a casual game suitable for a broad audience. It is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; the only third-party processing is ad serving by Google AdMob as described above. Ad serving for users flagged as under the applicable age of consent is configured to be non-personalised. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, please contact us so we can address it.
6. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where the GDPR applies, the legal bases for processing are: consent (personalised advertising, requested via a consent dialog) and legitimate interest (non-personalised advertising, fraud prevention and basic app functionality).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because we ourselves store no personal data, most of these rights are exercised directly through Google (see the links in section 3) or through your device settings. For any privacy question or request, contact us and we will help within 30 days.
8. Security & retention
Local game data remains on your device under the operating system's app sandbox protections. We retain no server-side data about you.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at brainrot-merge.on-forge.com. Significant changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
